Texas law lets you choose where your vehicle is repaired. Your insurance company can suggest a shop, but they can't make you use it.
What to do next
- Report the claim to your insurance company.
- Tell them you want your vehicle repaired at Anchortex Collision.
- Bring us your claim number, or just bring the vehicle — we'll get it from them.
- We send photos and our estimate to the adjuster and handle the back-and-forth.
- You pay your deductible when you pick it up. We take care of the rest with insurance.

Questions
What if the other driver was at fault?
Their insurance should pay. You can still choose Anchortex for the repair.
What if the adjuster's estimate is lower than yours?
That's common. We send them photos of anything they missed and work it out directly with them.
Do I pay anything?
With your own insurance you usually pay just your deductible. If the other driver's insurance pays, you usually pay nothing.
